However, we understand that occasionally a product may not meet expectations, or a customer may simply change their mind. In such cases, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

Our Return and Refund Policy:

1. New Vending Machines: We offer a 30 day return policy on all new vending machines purchased from us. A full refund will be provided as long as the item is returned in its original packaging and condition, along with the purchase receipt.

2. Refurbished Vending Machines: We offer a 14 day return policy on all refurbished vending machines purchased from us. A refund will be provided for the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price, as long as the item is returned in its original packaging and condition, along with the purchase receipt.

3. Custom Vending Machines: We do not accept returns on custom vending machines. If a customer is unhappy with their custom machine, we will work with them to make necessary repairs or adjustments at no cost.

In addition to our Return and Refund Policy, we also guarantee that all of our vending machines are in working condition at the time of purchase. If any issues arise after delivery, please contact our customer service department right away for assistance.
